Who we are & responsibility
Oahu Swim with Dolphins Tour & Ticket / Dolphin World (dba) / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. acts solely as a booking agent for independent suppliers (facilities, transportation, lodging). We aren’t liable for injuries, losses, delays, or irregularities caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather/acts of God, war, strikes, breakdowns). By booking, you agree to these terms.
Reservations & payments
Pay in full by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or US money order/personal US bank check. Checks must arrive 30+ days before your activity; bookings within 30 days require a credit card at purchase. Listed prices include tax.
Cancellations (written notice required)
- >30 days: 10% fee per person
- 29–15 days: 50% fee per person
- 14–8 days: 75% fee per person
- ≤7 days, no-shows, or late arrivals: no refund
Within 8 days, you may switch to a gift certificate (valid 1 year) by paying a change fee.
Changes after booking
Date changes are subject to availability and a $25 per-person fee.
Activities & weather
Programs run rain or shine. Check in at least 15 minutes early. Providers handle weather or timing issues case-by-case. No refunds once a program begins; no cash refunds for rain checks. If a provider cancels or changes plans for reasons beyond their control, we may offer a fair-value refund or a 1-year gift certificate. Proper attire (swimwear, footwear, towel) required. Flight delays/acts of war/acts of God aren’t our responsibility.
Unused services
No refunds or allowances for any unused portion of your trip.
Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance (including optional 100% refund coverage) at the time of reservation. Ask us for details and rates.
